Week 1 Challenge - Midweek Pause: Letting Go of What Weighs Us Down

Halfway through the week, it’s natural to notice: letting go is hard. Some burdens cling tightly. Old fears, regrets, and worries whisper, “You can’t release me.”

Here’s the reminder: You can’t release them on your own — but God can.

Take a few moments today to:

  • Close your eyes and breathe deeply.

  • Whisper each worry to Him.

  • Imagine placing them in His hands.

Psalm 34:18 reminds us:

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

Even in midweek heaviness, He is near. And even small steps toward release matter.
