Week 4 Challenge - Declutter/Refill Guide — Filling the Well

Goal: Fill the spaces you’ve cleared — heart, home, mind — with God’s Living Water and intentional spiritual practices.

Step 1: Reflect

✅ Review what you released in Weeks 1-3
✅ Journal your growth, insights, and lessons learned
✅ Celebrate progress — no matter how small

Step 2: Invite God In

✅ Pray over cleared spaces (home, mind, heart)
✅ Read Scripture that brings renewal and hope (John 4:14, Psalm 23:2-3)
✅ Visualize God’s Living Water flowing through every area of your life

Step 3: Nurture the Well Daily

✅ Start each morning with prayer or devotional time
✅ Keep a gratitude journal to notice God’s blessings
✅ Dedicate a quiet space for reflection, reading, or worship
✅ Repeat affirmations or verses that encourage peace and trust

Step 4: Share the Overflow

✅ Offer encouragement, a kind word, or prayer to someone else
✅ Volunteer in ways that bring joy rather than drain energy
✅ Maintain balance between giving and receiving

Step 5: Reflect

✅ How full and peaceful do I feel this week?
✅ What practices will I continue to maintain my well?
✅ How can I keep inviting God’s Living Water into my life daily?
