Week 4 Challenge - Filling the Well: Receiving Living Water

After three weeks of clearing — your heart, home, and mind — it’s time to fill your well. This week, we focus on receiving God’s Living Water: peace, renewal, guidance, and joy. The spaces you’ve cleared are not empty — they are ready to be filled with God’s presence.

🌿 Step 1: Reflect on Your Journey

Take a moment and consider:

  • What have I released in the past three weeks?

  • How have I grown spiritually, emotionally, and physically through this process?

  • Which areas still need attention or gentleness?

Reflecting allows you to celebrate progress and acknowledge God’s work in your life.

💧 Step 2: Invite God to Fill the Spaces

John 4:14 reminds us:

“But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

  • Invite God to fill your heart, mind, and home with His Living Water.

  • Pray intentionally over the spaces you’ve cleared — whether physical, mental, or emotional.

  • Visualize God’s presence flowing through you, renewing, comforting, and empowering.

🌿 Step 3: Nourish and Maintain the Well

Filling the well isn’t a one-time event — it’s a practice:

  • Start each day with prayer or Scripture reflection

  • Write gratitude lists to recognize His provision

  • Spend intentional quiet time in the spaces you’ve cleared

  • Journal about God’s guidance, peace, and blessings

📝 Reflection for Your Well

  1. How do I feel after intentionally inviting God to fill my heart, mind, and home?

  2. What is one daily practice I can continue to nurture this renewed well?

  3. How can I share the overflow of God’s Living Water with others without draining myself?
